craftsuprint may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms of Service and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.

1 The contract between us

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form.

2 Craftsuprint website

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the craftsuprint Website, including users who are also contributors of craft projects, information, and other materials or services on the Website
The craftsuprint Website may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by craftsuprint.
craftsuprint has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites. In addition, craftsuprint will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Website, you expressly relieve craftsuprint from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website.
Accordingly, we encourage you to be aware when you leave the craftsuprint Website to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each and every website that you visit.

3 Accuracy of content

We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.

4 Damage to your computer

We try to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website.We will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

5 Accounts

In order to access some features of the Website, you will have to create a craftsuprint account. You may never use another's account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify craftsuprint immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Although craftsuprint will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of craftsuprint or others due to such unauthorized use.


6 Ordering errors

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point on which you click on "submit" during the ordering process.

7 Price

The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out clearly in our website. There is a minimum order value of £5.00 orders under £5.00 will not be processed

8 Payment

We will charge your credit account for payment upon receipt of your. We accept no liability if an order is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account then we can cancel the contract and or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.


9 Downloadable Products

All the digital files ("craft sheets") available on craftsuprint have been created by crafters who own the copyright to each and every file. Or who have written permission from the copyright holder to display their work.
You must not sell or give these craft sheets away.
All files must be downloaded and saved to your hard drive or saved to CD/DVD Rom. Links in the order email will expire after 7 days.
When you purchase a craft sheet from craftsuprint you do so for your own personal use.
You may print and use each craft sheet as frequently as you wish provided it is for your own personal use.
You may sell any item you make using these craft sheets but you MUST NOT sell the craft sheet itself.
You may not create discs from the images purchased from craftsuprint to sell, rent, lease, lend or duplicate to other discs. You may however copy images purchased from this site onto a disc to use personally at a later date.
All crafts sheets purchased from craftsuprint can be used for pay ware (selling the craft you make from a sheet)

Please note that some of the craft sheets are watermarked by the subscriber for copyright purposes. These watermarks are not noticeable once the sheet is made into a 3d image. We are not able to resend the sheets without the watermarks as this will break the conditions of sale with the original artist.
Please make the sheet up into a 3d image and you will see that the watermarks are not noticeable.

10 Your User Submissions and Conduct

As a craftsuprint Subscriber you may submit craft projects ("User Projects") and textual content ("User Comments"). User Projects and User Comments are collectively referred to as "User Submissions." You understand that whether or not such User Submissions are published, craftsuprint does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any User Submissions.
You shall be solely responsible for your own User Submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them. In connection with User Submissions, you affirm, represent, and/or warrant that: you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize craftsuprint to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Submissions to enable inclusion and use of the User Submissions in the manner contemplated by the Website and these Terms of Service. Subscribers are not allowed to post user submissions to any other website other than Craftusprint.com and on their own personal website. A personal website means a website that does not have multi designer facilities. For clarity, you retain all of your ownership rights in your User Submissions. You also hereby grant each user of the craftsuprint Website a non-exclusive license to access your User Submissions through the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such User Submissions as permitted through the functionality of the Website and under these Terms of Service. The above licenses granted by you in User Projects terminate within a commercially reasonable time after you remove or delete your User Projects from craftsuprint Service. You understand and agree, however, that craftsuprint may retain, but not display, distribute, or perform, server copies of User Submissions that have been removed or deleted. The above licenses granted by you in User Comments are perpetual and irrevocable. User Subscribers are privvy to private and confidential content in their designer control panel, any user subscriber found to be sharing their username and password with third parties will be charged with Gross Misconduct and will have all their images removed immediately from the website without prior notice and risk losing their commission. In connection with User Submissions, you further agree that you will not submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant craftsuprint all of the license rights granted herein. craftsuprint does not endorse any User Submission or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and craftsuprint expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Submissions. craftsuprint does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on its Website, and craftsuprint will remove all Content and User Submissions if properly notified that such Content or User Submission infringes on another's intellectual property rights. craftsuprint reserves the right to remove Content and User Submissions without prior notice. Designers cannot resell the licence to any of their work while they are designing for CUP. craftsuprint will not be held accountable for illegal material uploaded to the craftsuprint website and any legal obligations there after remain the responsibility of the Subscriber. User Submissions cannot be removed from the craftsuprint website while there are outstanding sales or promotional links to craftsuprint customers. This would not be fair to the customers who have purchased the link or who want to take part in the promotion. User submissions can be used by craftsuprint.com for marketing purposes without prior notification. You CANNOT Redistribute any graphics freely! Our images are not to be shared. You are NOT allowed to share our images through Yahoo, MSN, Google or any other type of group for sharing images.

11 Account Termination Policy

craftsuprint reserves the right to decide whether Content or a User Submission/Subscriber is appropriate and complies with these Terms of Service for violations other than copyright infringement, such as, but not limited to, pornography, obscene or defamatory material, or excessive length. Craftsuprint may remove such User Submissions and/or terminate a User's access for uploading such material in violation of these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion. Users who terminate their User agreement with craftsuprint.com for any reason will have all of their sheets removed from the craftsuprint website and will have their account settled in full according to the craftsuprint commission payment structure.

13 Returns

I am sorry but due to the sheets being in digital form no refunds will be given.
You can however request a sample from us to print before placing an order.
For obvious reasons the sample will have a water mark running through it.

14 Commissions

craftsuprint will vet all User Submissions and will only allow material that is deemed worthy and that applies with the terms set within this agreement.
Designers will be rewarded by their total sales count. Designers will be split into groups depending on the number of sales they have generated for the website.
Each group will get a percentage of the total monthly sales they have generated and will be paid accordingly.

New Seller – under 100 sales = 100% of their total monthly sales
Bronze Seller – 100 sales and over = 20% of their total monthly sales
Silver Seller – 1000 sales and over = 30% of their total monthly sales
Gold Seller – 5000 sales and over = 40% of their total monthly sales
Platinum Seller - 10 000 sales and over = 50% of their total monthly sales

All designers will be paid monthly into their designated paypal account.

15 Delivery

Once you have paid for your order it will be sent via email to the email address supplied upon checkout.

Your order email will include links to the downloadable images purchased .

Follow these links and the instructions set out in 'How To Download' area to complete the download of the images to your computer.


16 Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

17 Privacy Policy

craftsuprint.com do not disclose buyers' information to third parties.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

The information that we ask you to provide when you order is used to process your order to you and or to contact you if we need to contact you about your order.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart.
If your cookies fascility is switched off our website may not work on your computer.

If this happens you will need to enable your cookie fascility.

craftsuprint pay 'contributors' earnings on downloads purchased from this website. craftsuprint is NOT responsible for paying the taxes owed to governments 'worldwide' on these earnings. Our relationship with the 'contributors' is on a 'sub contractor' basis and it is up to the 'contributor' to declare their earnings from this website to the appropriate government department.
